FAQ's
What are the school hours?
All Learners must be in school by 7:30am each day. Lessons start at 8am and school closes at 3pm each day except on Fridays when we close at 2pm.
When does my child have lunch?
Learners have an option to take school lunch or bring their lunch to school.
What if my child requires medication during the school day?
All medications must be given to the homeroom teacher who will work with the administrator to ensure they are taken as prescribed.
What do I need to do if I must pick up my child early from school for an appointment?
You must notify the homeroom teacher and the school administrator in advance.
What do I need to do if my child is absent from school?
You must notify the homeroom teacher and the school administrator if it is an emergency. Where it is a planned absence, you must seek permission from the Head of school
Do you enforce a school dress code?
Yes, the school has prescribed uniforms that must be worn on all days of the week. We do not wear non prescribed uniforms at Pioneers.
